How much are the delivery costs?
Generally we charge £ 9.99 for shipping. For purchases above a value of £ 75.00, we charge £ 5.99. Purchase valued £ 150 and above, are shipped free of charge.
Which payment methods can I use?
We offer the following payment methods: credit card, debit card and PayPal (coming soon). For each order, we reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods and refer to other payment options instead.
How long does the shipping take?
Our current delivery timeframe is between 7-10 working days. Your package will be delivered to your home by Royal Mail.
Where can I check the status of my order?
Find an overview under "MyLR" and check all active orders.
Can I return the order?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days after arrival. Find all details concerning the Cancellation policy here .
For returns, exchanges or complaints, our service team will be happy to help you using the contact details provided. If you wish to make a return, you must contact customer service exclusively via the service e-mail: service.uk@lrworld.com. This way, we can ensure that the return process is initiated. Upon your request, you will receive a return label by e-mail as well as an export invoice.
Please enclose the completed delivery and returns note, given your reason for the return, as well as the invoice with the return and stick the returns label on the package so that it can be shipped back. You can now take the package to the parcel provider that delivered it to you and that is mentioned on the address label.
