Stir 7 level tablespoons (61 g powder) into 350 ml hot water using a whisk. Use a sufficiently large container for this; a bowl for 350 ml is too small. Stir again after a short period of swelling and consume as a substitute for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Consume immediately after preparation.

Simply stir 7 tablespoons into 350 ml of hot water with a whisk - done!
